Rolling Stoned

Birth Stones relation to the Zodiacs started back with the beginnings of Astronomy.  The stones were thought to hold powers or energy that enabled the person possessing the stone abilities .  The stones were originally classified by color somehow relating to the constellation and or the time of year.  In ancient times and even today it is thought to positive to carry your stone on you for it allows for a connection of the energy within ourselves and the universe.  Whether you believe in the energies crystals posses or not I thought it would be cool for everyone to learn what their stone is. Each sign has multiple stones. Here are some of the basics:

    I love the variety beauty each gemstones has. They make excellent gifts for loved ones, and it well represents the you have appreciation for them.

    These gemstones are gorgeous! I'm a cancer, so all of my jewelry has some sort of ruby on it!

    I am a cancer too, Amelia! I've always known my birthstone, but never really knew the significance of birthstones overall. Pretty cool to finally find out the background of them!
